1. Capital Security & Yield

Safety is paramount. All funds are held in a Ring-Fenced Money Market Account directly in the investor's name at Standard Bank. Crestline Advisory does not hold client funds.

  • Funds remain in your name until milestones are met.
  • Earn approx. 8% p.a. interest on idle capital.
  • Full FICA and anti-money laundering compliance.

2. Property Development

We execute the Development Agreement with CanvasCrest Properties. Payments are released only upon certified milestones (QS signed-off), ensuring construction progress matches capital outflow.

  • Milestone A: Commencement (50%).
  • Milestone B: Handover & Transfer (50%).
  • NHBRC enrolled construction quality.

3. Residency Strategy
